We are looking to hire independent contractors interested in building a business performing general maintenance (lock changes, debris removal, yard care, winterizations) on foreclosed properties throughout Rock Springs and surrounding areas.

Potential SFS Vendor:

Sentinel Field Services provides real estate maintenance services for bank owned and foreclosed homes for a wide variety of banks, mortgage companies, government agencies, and national asset management companies in the States of Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho. The services you will be contracted to provide include, but are not limited to the following.

            SERVICES:
1. Digital photos (proof) of work completed
2. Lock Changes
3. Boarding
4. Debris Removal
5. Janitorial Services
6. Winterizations
7. Yard Care
8. Snow Removal
9. Minor Repairs
10. Minor Plumbing Repairs
11. Minor Roof Repairs
12. Property Assessments

In order to become a vendor with us, you must meet the below requirements. If you have an interest in becoming a vendor and do not meet the below requirements you may still submit an application and obtain these requirements after we make a decision to bring you on as a vendor.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Your business must be registered with the State of Wyoming
2. Tax ID Number
3. Liability Insurance ($500,000)
4. Tools/Equipment needed to perform the above services
