We are seeking witnesses to a Washington Bar altercation that took place on December 11, 2009 approximately 1:39am. The altercation involved two white females, two African American gentlemen and one Hispanic gentleman. The two white females attacked the African American gentlemen. The gentlemen were arrested by police officers. If you witness this altercation, please contact me.
