This loving 1 1/2 year old female Australian Shepherd has been blind since birth. Family is going through a divorce and this special girl needs a new, loving, FOREVER home. Penelope is used to being kenneled at night in the home, outside during the day in a secure yard where she cannot wander away and become lost. Located in Hulett, Wyoming.
